"Though hotel is close to airport but improvements required. Toilet seat was broken then room was changed . There also same thing. But on complaint it was repaired. Overall OK. "

Han sagde at han ingen penge havde fået fra Hotels. Com Efter et par timers diskuteren indvilgede han i at lade os bo på et værelse. Værelset viste sig at være ulækkert og stinkende. Derfor fandt vi et hotel og flyttede. Vi kontaktede Hotels. Com telefonisk i processen. Deres eneste hjælp var at vi selv...

"had paid for my hotel bookings in full amount in august when went to hotel manager says dont have my booking and informed oyo hotel full and book me somewhere else was not sent any e mail or text message from oyo very unprofessional not informing customers of changes luckily had good rickshaw driver who let me use phone to talk to oyo to sort issue for no fault of mine and since too deep inside would be stuck all night on streets if rickshaw guy didnt wait for me and stay on streets when paid...

"I found Supreme Palace to be all I needed while spending a week in Port Blair. The staff were extremely polite and respectful. Nothing that I asked for was refused and they were concerned about my plans for daytime activities. The hotel though not near the centre is not too far away that you can’t walk to the bazaar. Transportation can be accommodated if you either want to talk tours or drive yourself by car or motor scooter. "
