Sitting just a short walk from the water, enjoying a picnic at the beach will be a breeze! Though it will be hard to pull yourself away from the sand, this home's interior will allow up to 9 guests to slip right into vacation mode with lots of beachy decor and an open layout that's perfect for large groups. Hop into the well-equipped, full kitchen complete with a breakfast bar to prepare meals while still being part of the conversation. After watching the sunset, head into the living area and catch a movie on the flatscreen TV or share beach memories via the free WiFi.

This home is located just 1000 feet from the beach, so you'll be able to enjoy the sandy shores of the Gulf of Mexico every day. Golfers can make the short, two-mile drive to the Crystal Beach Community Golf Course for a day of action on the greens. And if you've brought the kids, take them to Fun Spot Water Slide just two miles away. This area is also surrounded by several restaurants to choose from when you get hungry! One bedroom is equipped with one queen and a twin over full bunk bed and the other bedroom is equipped with one full and twin over twin bunk bed.

Quiet and Convenient
My wife and I stayed over the weekend for some fishing. Property was very clean and comfortable as advertised. I was able to back my boat under the house easily. Neighbors were very friendly. We will stay here again.

More than accommodating
Such a cool home! This lot stands out with its gnarly gravel + paved cement combo driveway. Pack wisely so you'll be ready for the 22-stair climb up wooden stairs to the huge 2nd story porch. The temp outside was 100+°F but it remained a chilly 69°F inside. The house is well-stocked with kitchen supplies and gadgets including a range, 2-slice toaster and microwave. We liked the spacious stainless steel farm sink because it can hold lots of various dish items. My wife and I really appreciated the separation of the two bedrooms. One quick note: we recommend packing your own favorite pillow/blanket for the kids or picky adults since they provided thin, generic blankets and sheets. The humongous sectional couch played a pivotal role in the entrainment and amusement of our fam. Overall we truly enjoyed the stay.

close to beach with shady front deck
well managed, nice living & dining & kitchen area and lots of parking downstairs. this is a nice place for a group of 6-8 people --- but you need to be comfortable in two bunkhouse style bedrooms. with not much storage space in the bedrooms. we got immediate & professional response from the property manager for an issue.

Perfect getaway!
Our family of 6 stayed here for a long Memorial Day Weekend (Fri-Tues). The property is beautiful. It's a great open floorplan. We loved having 2 bathrooms (1 in the master and 1 off the main living area) and were happy to see the master included a tub-shower so we could bathe our littles easily. There were plenty of comfortable beds to choose from. That was probably the most comfortable couch I've ever sat on in a beach house, too! We enjoyed eating on the upper deck - plenty of seats for everyone - in the afternoon/evening shade. We enjoyed the rocking chairs and watched some neighborhood/beach fireworks each night. Incredible seeing all of the stars! The area below was perfect for the kids to run around, swing, and cool down from the sun. The outdoor shower came in handy to rinse all our sand off (and it was warm!). We walked to the beach one evening (but drove each day when we needed to lug all of our beach gear). The neighborhood has a gas station right at the entrance which was very convenient for ice, beverages, and random things we forgot. The beach was jam-packed on Sunday of the holiday weekend, so we were glad we stayed an extra night and got to enjoy plenty of beach space on Monday! The neighbors were very friendly, too. If you don't want to get your vehicle sandy, there are a ton of golf cart rental options nearby. The weather was perfect, no seaweed, and we found a lot of hermit crabs! It was a perfect getaway for our family and a welcome start to summer!

Nice place- one compliant was there was no salt or pepper. Nothing to cook with. Please mention going forward that Kitchen does not provide anything other that glasses, silverware and pot and pans.

Girl’s Weekend
This property was perfect for our annual girl’s weekend! The two bedrooms were comfortable and the large living/kitchen area was perfect for eating, games, and conversation. More than adequate parking allowed family from Houston to park and spend time with us at the beach during the day. The walk to the beach was short and the gulf breeze felt wonderful. We all will recommend this beach house to our friends!

Our family of 4 came to Bolivar for a wedding and wanted a house close to the beach that was cozy and a good space for relaxing. Man, did we hit the jackpot!! Beautiful decor, lots of room, and loved the deck area. Would definitely recommend!

Decorated beautifully! Did not like temp. being controlled at 75 degrees due to humidity and rain it got stuffy. Overall good place to stay. Lots of mosquitos in the downstairs outdoor shower.

Cute beach house
This cute beach house is exactly as the photos show...very well decorated, total nautical theme. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was fairly well stocked, the patio furniture was perfect. A porch swing was downstairs and was great. The location is just down he street from the beach. Great covered parking. I rated this house 5 stars even though we had some problems: the maid was still there when we arrived at 4pm, it was almost 5pm before we got in the house. Parts of the house were not clean, we needed to wipe off all counters, seemed to be sand or something gritty on all surfaces. One of the beds did not have a top sheet, and there were not enough paper towels or toilet paper or wash clothes. We called the manager and they brought all extra supplies we needed. We had already cleaned what we felt needed cleaning, but they offered to refund the cleaning fee, which was fair. Be advised, there are no spices, condiments, baggies, foil, etc. in this house, you will need to bring everything to cook with including your salt and pepper. The ice maker was not working so they send a repair man out quickly and he fixed it. So all in all, we had a wonderful time and would return to this lovely beach house. They did all they could to make us happy.

Everything was clean and neat and just as pictured. The neighborhood is quite and the beaches were with in walking distance. I will say make sure you bring bug spray because everything is bigger in texas including the mosquitoes!
