4 bedroom, 3 bath, 3 floors | 2,000 Sq Ft | Five Minute Walk to Beach

This beautiful home was built in 2005 and refurnished in 2022. This house is great for a large family or two small families.

Sleeps twelve in one king, one queen, three twin over full bunk beds (four total bunk beds) and one queen air mattress (best saved for kids)

OUTDOOR LIVING: Large furnished covered deck w/deck chairs, porch hammock and beach views. Downstairs has a large Tiki Bar with outdoor seating, decorative lighting and a deck swing. The backyard has a fire pit with seating

INDOOR LIVING: Downstairs game room with a ping pong table, foosball table and wall-size Connect 4. 4 flat-screen Smart TVs, open layout, beautiful furnishings

KITCHEN: Large kitchen with a twelve-place bar and table seating, plastic cups and bowls for the kids, crock pot, blender, toaster, basic spices, cooking basics, ice maker, dishware & flatware.

Includes a fully stocked coffee bar with a combo K-cup & drip coffee maker, a french press and pour-over coffee along with an assortment of fresh coffee beans

LINENS AND LAUNDRY: 1 bath towel per guest; all linens for all beds: sheets, pillows, comforters etc; kitchen towels, hand towels, washcloths, makeup cloths, 12 beach towels

Extras Provided: Starter supplies of trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, dishwasher soap, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner and body wash, laundry detergent. If you are staying more than three days you may need to purchase more of these extras!

Parking: Driveway (up to 4 vehicles, NO RVs, no parking on the grass!)

We loved this house. It’s in a perfect location, VERY close to the big store which made it very convenient. The game room was perfect for my teens that wanted to feel they had privacy. The owners are very nice and are easy to get in touch with if needed. I would definitely recommend this house to family and friends.

Fathers Day Stay
Nice house and neighborhood. Located close to the big store and the beach. House was spacious and had plenty of room for my family. Only issue I had was the fire pit area needs an updated photo. Not sure if it had been washed out from a past storm. Not a big issue we just set up in the driveway. Other than that the stay was great and the host were very informative and communicative.

Very large living room area the allowed our group to do many philanthropy projects. The kitchen was well stocked, with a minor issue we had with no tissue in the house. Ran out to the big store to get a small pack since we were just renting for one night. Other than that the house was perfect.

Mini Springbreak getaway!!! Perfect setup / perfect location !
We had so much fun and absolutely loved this property it was perfect traving with my family. The teenagers stayed downstairs in the game room which was an absolute perfect spot for them. While myself, husband and my twin girls stayed in the upper levels. Check in and check out were super easy ! We definitely would come back again ❤️

The house is wonderful! Great balcony with seating and fire pit down below. Kitchen was huge! Lots of hot water and nice showers. Washer & dryer were handy too. Mosquitos were horrible! Not sure if this is the norm or not, but bring bug spray!

Just 3 things that may help but EVERYTHING was perfect
1.Check in process was a little rocky only because I had to try two different codes , 2.Also the only thing I didn’t think was a good idea was they don’t tell you the rules and regulations till it is 24hrs before check in . I think it should have been mentioned as soon as the place gets booked , mainly because what if there is info we don’t like and want to cancel our stay. 3.also if you have cleaning ladies coming I think that you shouldn’t put so much for us to clean before me leave . A simple (put all trash by the door , make sure everything put into the fridge is taken out and out things back to how it was ) would have sufficed Over all everything was really great !! Just those 3 things. Thank you David for hosting us

Excellent House for a (8-12 person) group
The house is about 3 blocks from the beach. There is a pathway at the end of the road, or you can go up a block to the drive on entrance to the beach. We had no problems with the rental, the manager/owner was very responsive to questions we had. The game room on the bottom floor was a great fort/hangout for our 10 year olds. They loved it.
