The three well-proportioned bedrooms provide comfortable retreats for relaxation and rest. The primary bedroom boasts its own private bathroom with a walk-in shower, creating a serene sanctuary within the home. The second bedroom is perfect for kids! There is a bunk bed, a TV and plenty of space to unwind after a day by the pool. The second bathroom has an updated vanity, with a shower/tub combo. The third bedroom offers the perfect space for you to relax and gives a coastal vibe! The half bathroom is located by the door leading out to the backyard.

Situated in Port Charlotte, this home provides convenient access to local amenities, parks, and the picturesque shores of Southwest Florida. Enjoy the proximity to beautiful beaches and embrace the laid-back lifestyle that Port Charlotte has to offer.

House Rule: No smoking. No burning candles inside of lodging. No parties. No Pets.

Pool heating is optional, for an additional non-refundable fee of $25 per day + taxes to be paid directly to the management company after the reservation is confirmed.  Pool heat request made after guest arrival will incur an additional $45 trip charge.

My only complaint would be that there’s very little hot water for showers. Set temp up on heater probably the fix. Otherwise this is a beautiful remodeled home. Spotless clean. Would love to stay here again

Perfect Family Retreat
With 5 kids there was plenty of space and activities to keep everyone entertained. There was just about every kitchen cookware item you could think of. We love to cook and we didnt have to go buy anything except seasonings. There was no coffee or creamer so definitely bring some. Kids favorite place. Beds weren't very comfortable but that would be the ONLY complaint. Excellent place!

Pool full of bugs and no one cared. Not Serene
Seems I received more texts in regards to taking last guests trash out, then texts about pool and tub conditions. When we arrived we almost fell in pool going down the steps. Then after swimming we noticed large amounts of bugs on surface. We had just drove many hours and were only in shortly for a dip before dinner and an early night. The next morning we noticed our foot prints on the floor of the pool. But shortly a pool boy was there. I assumed this fixed the problem. I also texted and informed management of concerns, and requested skimmer. I was sent skimmer from Amazon 2 days later. Skimmed pool for very long time and bugs kept showing up. Then I looked at filter window. It was clogged and dirty! I texted again and was told the owners pool boy would be back on his day to come!! No mention of fixing the pool for us to use. AI generated messages at that!! Rented so we would have pool to swim in, not make us sore and sick. Will not be back, unless under new management, because house was beautiful and perfectly located. But, I will loudly suggest no one ever uses Gulf Coast Vacation Rentals!

Super Haus, tolle Lage
Uns hat es hier super gefallen. Das Haus war sehr sauber und erstklassig ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation mit dem Anbieter war sehr gut. Man wurde rechtzeitig über alles notwendige informiert. Ich hätte mir lediglich noch einen Gasgrill gewünscht. Dennoch eine klare Weiterempfehlung.
