La chambre est bien rénovée et la literie confortable seul bémol c est d’être dans la chambre numéro 6 au rdch côté cuisine avec une porte du couloir non insonorisée et ouverte donc des Bruits de Cuisine Jusqu a 1 h dommage alors que j’avais réservé côté place du village ( et non cour) cette chambre ne devrait pas être louée "

"info on the Hotel.com wasn't accurate. not much facilities available nearby. very isolated. nothing closely ie shops supermarket etc.no food available after 8pm. very small rooms not suitable for 4 adults. beds offered are very uncomfortable not suitable for adult.studio advertised for 4 sleep is far too small.misleading info. will not recommend at all very disappointing. we left the place after 3nights even though we paid for 10 nights in the accommodation. "

"The property is wonderfully located just next to the harbour and beach. The room had lovely views from the small balcony! Bed was comfortable and we had a good sleep! Staff was friendly and very helpful and breakfast in the morning was good with a lovely view across the harbour! Nice French feel! "

"The hotel advertisement is not clear in that these are a mixture of building and chalets. You will need multiple lifts to get to the restaurant and swimming area. This can be long if your chalet is fair away. The room was not clean, no soap was provided, bed sheets were dirty, the floor had not been cleaned, no internet in any of the rooms, no complimentary drinks. Eating their lunch at the end of the reception desk but unwilling to render assistance to patrons. Maybe it was her dinner break, but eat in the dining area behind not at reception. "The room was quite small and needs an update on paint and general upkeep. Most of the staff didn't speak English,and the restaurant did not have a menu in English, which, I must say, I have never seen in an international hotel brand. Other than that, the stay was just generally average. I would not go back, but it is kind of the only place to stay in Hyeres, so I guess that's why they can get away with it. Sad to say"
