"Staff at the front desk was very rude… everyone acted like they were doing us a favor and were being inconvenienced. Loud throughout the day, palm trees being trimmed in front of the room before 7am. Walls were paper thin. Would not recommend. "

"Super social vibe, easy to meet people, and the staff were chill. It’s close to the beach and sunset spots, which was a big plus.
Rooms were clean with AC, but not super private. The kitchen’s small, and it can get noisy, but that’s kind of the vibe.

"A surprisingly amazing stay in a 3* property offering 5* service and fluffy towels, a rarity even in 4* properties these days!!! Great staff, lovely spacious room with a pool view and although out of town, its on the San Antonio Bus route. Easy free parking opposite the property, lovey pool area and good bar food & large beers under 5 euros! Hotel is just a 3 minute walk to the local beach and the Manager was on hand to answer our questions and offer a warm welcome. We will return!! A little hidden gem if you don’t mind a bit of traffic to get out :) "
"Me and my son went on a last minute weekend away, Bruno and all the other staff were very helpful at reception. And although we werent able to extend check out, they accommodated us to use the facilities all day. Beds werent that great, but my son said they were fine so maybe its personal preference. Pool was lovely and clean. Ive seen lots of negative reviews about this place but we were happy and we will definitely be coming back! "
