"Property had signs of being a bit run down (ie toilet running, temperature unit on the wall couldn’t maintain proper temperatures), and the photos showed a bathtub where there wasn’t one. However, you can really tell that they’ve made an effort to be the nicest hotel in Port Hardy area and we would return again. The restaurant was decent, and the location was near grocery and fast food options. Staying in Port Hardy was a good experience overall."

"The rental had almost everything it described except for the bed was a double, not a queen and the mattrass was too hard. We enjoyed having the front entry with windows that could open to allow for fresh air and a breeze when it was hot. Overall, a great experience and we would go back again."
