"This apartment has the perfect location, on the beach, with a pool with a couple of restaurants and bars very close too. A 15 minute walk gets you to more restaurants and a boulangerie. The apartment would benefit from a decorating freshen up and some improved equipment eg an unbroken chopping board and some scissors. The walls between apartments are thin so earplugs recommended.
