"Lovely little place to stay in Nothern Mauritius. The owner is very helpful, sends messages on WhatsApp to make sure everything is okay. He wasn't there when I checked in and I did find the staff that showed me to my room weren't as good, they didn't explain anything so I had to work it out myself! "I would not recommend anyone because the room Hibiscus No 15 and 11 were terrible poorly maintained there were lizards everywhere and mosquitoes. We asked for a mosquito diffuser and the receptionist told us they would send one which was in vain as nobody came along. The bedsheet was torn very old and most of all we all didn’t sleep as the bed was not comfortable one could feel the wire spring on our back. "Property is in a good location, and is a good size apartment with 2 double bedrooms, a kitchen and lounge. There’s also a washing machine and an outdoor verandah where you can hang clothes. There is a beach view which is lovely but unfortunately, this is where it ends. Apartment was not clean. Everything appeared dirty. We washed the towels before using them as we weren’t sure they were clean. Apartment smelt like cooking, and was very stuffy. Only one bowl provided, so tricky with breakfast! "
