We were very much looking forward to our stay here and treated ourselves to a waterfront room thinking it would be really special. I have to say we were left with very mixed feelings about this hotel and I will provide I hope an unbiased fair review. The staff were without exception very friendly and welcoming. Our room on first impression was a lovely room recently refurbished and spacious. Unfortunately it smelt very badly of damp and upon inspection we noticed the carpet by the bed was soaking wet and the aircon was dripping. We reported it and someone came to fix it but they didn’t fix it! We reported it again and were told we could be moved but not until we returned from a night out for dinner. The hassle of moving everything late at night just for 2 nights didn’t seem worth it so we stayed where we were. Nobody returned to fix it and we were offered no compensation whatsoever.
The hot tub by the pool was broken and didn’t work. Neither did the card machine whilst trying to pay for a coffee.
The hotel itself is in a great location and on first impression it looks lovely - but it’s the attention to detail in maintenance that will leave customers disappointed with their experience of staying here.

The property was noisey with noise from the road and people. That being said the location was convenient with close access to the beach and places to eat.
It was exceptionally clean and tidy. The building and area had an I retesting history. The observatory was open across the road but you had to pre book.
Good selection of crockery and glassware in the room. As well as a kettle and microwave. The sink was large enough to fill water bottles.
Parking is limited onsite and you may have to use the road, but this is also free. If you can park outside it’s an extremely short walk from car to room.
Pool is very small and right on the road.
The bathroom set up would have been problematic if you were a larger human as the door opened into the side of the sink and as two smaller women we had to enter the shower side on.

We had a fantastic two-nights stay at Nature Dome with our family and couldn’t be happier with our experience. Each morning, we were greeted by charming families of goats and alpacas, adding a delightful touch to our breakfast as we enjoyed the stunning natural beauty around us. The night skies were equally mesmerising, with breathtaking views of stars and the Milky Way that made for unforgettable evenings. The staff at Nature Domes were friendly and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended this place for anyone looking to immerse them on nature while experiencing top-not h hospitality
