"We weren’t disappointed by this property at all. We stayed for 3 nights while attending a wedding . I will say that this place while soundproofed, is not quiet, you can hear people in other rooms. The beds could be a bit more comfortable too. Other than that, our room was clean, the staff were friendly and spoke English. The location is beautiful, we loved Jonzac and would return. "

"Check in was simple via a key press. The owner spoke a little English which helped. Had to purchase magic sponges to clean the pool to prevent yellow line build up! Local shop within walking distance had everyday things handy. Bit too far to walk to the beach through the woods which meant cycling or the car. Overall very nice place."

"Very luxurious stay. Incredible room - beautiful finishings and a view overlooking the lovely courtyard. The setting is lovely with a vineyard on site with a terrace. The staff were really friendly. The restaurant in Bages was a 5 minute walk and was lovely also although unless you have a car (or arrange a taxi which can be quite expensive we foune) there are not so many options around other than that but the hotel itself is nice enough to want to stay! The pool was heated which was a bonus. There was plenty of outside space for relaxing and dining. Inside, the living area was spacious, and the beds were very comfortable. The fridge freezer having an ice cube dispenser was handy. Sylvain responded well to any issues, or questions we had. The one thing that could have been improved was the information folder. Maybe some recommendations for restaurants, activities and supermarkets. We all had a great time."
