Staff were fine, but they never replied to an online request for a shuttle from the airport. Rooms are big, AC works, but mattrass is very thin and the shower had a very low pressure. Ok for PNG standards. Convenient place

Airways hotel is beautiful. The design of the ground floor lobby area in particular is lovely and serene. I also really liked the cafe adjacent to the main restaurant - the freshly made juices are great. The array of options available at the buffet breakfast in the main restaurant is wonderful and includes eggs made to order. I wish there had been a bedside lamp in the room. I like to read before sleeping, and only having an overhead light is not optimal. Also the pool was pretty warm, and thus not as refreshing as it could be. But overall I really loved staying here.
