Private Jacuzzi! Location, location, location! Located 3 miles to the beach and close to local restaurants, parks and grocery store! We are located in Port Orange, a small quiet beach town South of Daytona. We are close to the beach, a short 5 minute drive from Daytona Beach! We also close to the charming and beautiful New Smyrna Beach, a short 10 minute drive! This fully renovated beach home is the perfect escape for couples and families!

This Gorgeous Renovated House has 2 bedrooms and 1 Bathroom - One bd with Queen Bed, One bd with two Twin beds and a Sofa Bed on the living room. Up To 6 people comfortably!
Private fully fenced backyard with Barbecue area!
Newly furnished with Fully equipped kitchen for cooking - stove, microwave, full size refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, keurig and regular coffee maker, all dishes, utensils, pots and pans. Grill available for use at no extra cost.
Iron and ironing board, hair dryer. Includes linens, towels, Smart Tv on all Bedrooms and WiFi are included for your entertainment.
Great food, music, drinks, shops and a lot of fun. Centrally located on a quiet piece of Port Orange.

*** No Smoking. If you need to smoke, please do so outside and dispose of your cigarettes afterward. Smoking penalty if inside the house is $300
- Only registered guest are allowed to stay overnight.
- No Parties, please.
- Grill available for use at extra cost ($50 cleaning per stay) GLP guest responsibility.
- Hot Tub available for use at extra cost ($15 daily) I need to know at least 48 hours before arrival in order to fill and heat.

The location is on a busy road and traffic is loud. The furnishings are minimal and very uncomfortable. The hot tub was cold and never could get it to warm up.

Very clean and fun decorations -nice stay
The inside is decorated very nicely. There are ample dishes and towels, and host was nice to leave some dish washing liquid, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, and even a little laundry detergent. Much appreciated! We did not try the jacuzzi. The back yard was clean and freshly mowed, even after they just had hurricane milton (great job!). The beds were comfy. Arriving at the house, note is a duplex, not a free standing house, which is not stated in the listing and photos are taken from angle so it looks like a single house. There is a private back yard and private entrance for this 1/2 of the building, so it was not an issue. Not sure if the owner rents out the other 1/2 or lives in it. But was not noisy so no problems there, just would like to have known before booking as we preferred a free standing property. There is parking for 2 or 3 cars, but be aware that the house is on a busy road and it can be tricky to back out of the driveway onto the main road, we ended up using both driveways and turning around 1st.
