Towering timbers surround you at this peaceful Puget Sound retreat. While you'll feel like your world's away in your own private setting surrounded by scenic woodland views, the home is centrally located close to tons of options for recreation and commerce. Gold Mountain (8.9 mi.), McCormick Woods, and Trophy Lake (3.3 mi.) offer some great choices for nearby golf. Beach access can be found less than seven miles south at Belfair State Park. The town of Belfair is less than four miles away. Port Orchard is 10 miles away.

At home, enjoy the outdoors while gathered around the wood-burning firepit or watch the rain fall while relaxing under the comfort of the covered porch. The interior's open-concept layout is perfectly designed for family gatherings and a central wood stove provides a toasty warmth throughout the space. A full suite of stainless steel kitchen appliances, along with plenty of cookware and counter space, ensures family-style meal planning is a breeze. You can stream all your favorite shows and movies on the smart TV, or choose from one of the movie titles to watch on the Blu-ray player. A vintage player piano adds a touch of antique charm. There's also a small collection of books and a dedicated desk for remote working or school study.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
