Beautiful, Modern Home sitting perched above Manchester, Port Orchard overlooking the Puget Sound with views of Seattle, a high end Jacuzzi Hot Tub, and a quick walk to the beach! This over 2,300 sq ft, 4 bed, 2.5 bath house has been thoughtfully set up for guests with modern furniture, stylish décor, and fully stocked with everything your family should need! Stay at the house and enjoy the hot tub, propane firepit, and abundance of games and then explore everything this area has to offer!

This 3-story home is ready to welcome your family with room for everyone! Upon driving to the property, you will appreciate the beautiful waterfront community of Manchester where you are surrounded by water views and unbeatable views of Seattle!

Entering the property on the main level you will be greeted by a beautifully furnished living room with views of the Puget Sound, a cozy gas fireplace, one of a kind local artwork, and seating for everyone around the dining room table! The kitchen is well stocked from an abundance of dishes, utensils, basic small appliances, and everything you should need for standard meal prep! Enjoy high end appliances including a gas stove and double oven. Off of the Kitchen you will find a well appointed deck holding a BBQ, outdoor dining table, and pub style table to enjoy the landscapes of Manchester and views of the water. The main level also holds a laundry room and half bathroom.

From the main floor, you will take a flight of stairs up to the upper level to find two bedrooms and one full bathroom. Bedroom #1 holds a queen bed and twin trundle bed (2 twins), a large tv, dresser, walk in closet, and water views! Across the hall holds a full bathroom and bedroom #2 featuring a double bed and office workspace with printer.
From the main floor, you can also take a flight of stairs down to lead to a large private bedroom holding a queen bed, TV, and abundance of dresser space. Also included in the downstairs space is a bunk bedroom with two twin beds, and a game room with darts, foosball, and arcade games!

Head outside and you will be treated to a beautiful name brand Jacuzzi Hot Tub seating up to 8, a propane fire pit with comfortable patio seating, and beautiful landscaped backyard!

Location is just a quick walk to Pomeroy Waterfront Park for beach access. Quick drive to the Southworth to Seattle Ferry Terminal, Manchester State Park, Downtown Port Orchard, and much more!

Incredible property for a wonderful getaway
We decided to stay at this property to get away from the city for a weekend to celebrate a friend’s birthday. The house was very well-kept and super cozy. We loved the jacuzzi and views across the water. When we first saw the listing it seemed too good to be true but it was exactly as pictured. Definitely glad we chose this spot!

We spent a great week here. I really appreciated how the house was updated and furnished top to bottom. - house was clean, pretty, and spacious - it's furnished really well. Everything is updated, everything is functional, plenty of pillows and linens, bath towels right where you want them, kitchen stocked with everything you need plus modern and nice - great view of the lake with tons of sunlight - hosts extremely responsive for anything that came up

The Perfect Staycation Location
This property is just adorable, down to all the details that make the stay so easy. The directions and communication were incredible, including the binder of information in the house. Everything you’d need was stocked in the home, and it was super clean and comfortable. My two friends and our combined 5 kids stayed here; we’re all local but just wanted to take the kids on a trip. It was perfect! The house kept the kids entertained with the yard, all the toys and game, and game room. The community of Manchester is really walkable, and within close driving distance for meals and parks, etc. Thank you so much to Melissa for having such a great rental property. The kids already want to go back!

Melissa did a wonderful job of hosting, communication was very easy, place was very clean and had all the supplies we needed. It was a very warm welcome with a birthday card and a little gift. Over all it was a great experience, there was just 1 issue and that was the next door neighbor, he constantly gave us a hard time and Harassed us even when we were being quiet and minding our business. That is the only issue I have had during this stay.

Exquisite and Comfortable
Headed up to the Port Orchard area for a weeklong work trip. In the past we have had troubles finding a place that was fitting for our specific needs such as separate rooms for the crew, aspects of comfort, and activities for after work hours. Our stay at Melissa’s home in Manchester was exactly what we needed after some not so great experiences in the past. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood and decorated for Christmas, this home had everything we could have asked for. As nature folk we found it really nice to have such easy access to the beach, as manual labor workers the hot tub was exactly what our bodies needed after a long day, and as creatures of comfort the vibes of the house were just right; looking at you Kurt Cobain. All that plus an arcade machine with loads of options?! Anyone would be happy to stay here. Overall, our stay was amazing. As I told Melissa: I’ll be sure to check here first if we ever are to return.

Weekend trip with a group of 10
Our tradition every year is to go away with a friend's family of five along with our family of five. With this amount of people (4 adults, 6 kids) it is always difficult to find a place that works for us. That was not the case for this VRBO. Although this VRBO was a little bit of a drive for us, (since we live in Vancouver BC) it was well worth the trip. What was great was our family stayed on the top floor and our friends family stayed on the bottom floor. The main middle floor was the open concept living kitchen and dining. The house was equipped with all the essentials we needed and then some. AC units were a bonus and the games room with the foosball and stand up arcade was a great hit with the kids. The quick 5 minute walk to the beach was nice and the hot tub was great to end off the day. Our only comment was that there was a lot of seaweed on the beach this year for some reason. Melissa was great with communication and quick replies to any questions I had. We all would definitely come back again.

Best of all worlds, amenities galore, fabulous host.
We highly recommend this property. Our first family vacation, three generations in Seattle, 5 adults and 1 teenager. This has the best of all mountains, water and beach areas as well as downtown arts, food and history. For us Manchester, but specifically this home gave us a great base for relaxation, comfort, privacy and family fun. Every amenity needed and lots of extras are provided by the host. Pre-Covid hosts were generous but this is the first in a few years that went well beyond our expectations. The kitchen and laundry room are equipped with great appliances, gas stove top and double ovens. In freezer ice maker never ran low on ice. Being so close to the water, we opened windows at night. Never needed the air units after our arrival. The beds are very comfortable, I normally have pressure point sensitivities but not this week. We used the hot tub daily and it was a gem especially after long hikes or trips into Seattle. We enjoyed many of the games and the game room was a surprise. This home offers so many attributes we never used like the outdoor grill, tabletop fire pit and fireplace in the living area. Morning activity in the neighborhood but it wasn’t loud, neighbors tend to park on the street in front of the house but two driveway parking areas are large although we only had two cars. This is a three story home inside and out so be prepared with little ones or older folks. We loved it and would definitely stay here again.

Manchester Magic
We picked this location as it was close to my sister and parents in Manchester for our family visit. Our stay was truly magical. We love Manchester the home is easy access to both the Southworth and Bremerton ferries. Close proximity to Gig Harbor where we got to visit with friends. The home is comfortable and modern. Everything we needed was there. Hiked in the the State park right down the way! Will definitely book this home again. Luanne H.
