"Great cafe for breakfast and lunch. Superb Italian restaurant around the corner at The Kinson Hotel-Vivi. In a great neighborhood with several dining options. A Woolworth grocery was walkable. Very close was Fawkner Convenience which carries everything you need."

"Stayed here for a week for work. The place is very accessible by public transport and if you have your own vehicle then found multiple parking options. Convenient as the supermarket is next door. Found it quiet and peaceful and the apartment was clean too with all the amenities you need. Communication with the team was very good, with a prompt response to any questions. We arrived quite late in the night and found the keys quite easily. "
