"the home was exactly as described. would recommend and come back anytime. you can choose to unplug or use WIFI which worked well. the bathroom was very nice with the heated floors and clawfoot tub. the bedroom was nice with comfy sheets and a very firm mattress (if this is your taste). we also enjoyed the walking trail which was well marked. the home is very private and peaceful to sit out on the deck. my only issue and this is my preference is there are no blinds or curtains in the bedroom. the...

"My daughter and I really enjoyed our ten-day stay in Granville, along the Juniata River. The house was very comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. The atmosphere was peaceful in this out-of-the way location, but just a short drive to town for supplies. The free-range chickens were entertaining but made a mess on the front porch. However, the care taker swept and hosed it off regularly. I would rent this place again."

"Loved this little cottage! Perfect location for PSU activities, as it is just a quick jaunt through the woods to Old 322 and then a straight shot to downtown! Nice and quiet…didn’t even hear the people who rented the larger home that the cottage is built on. I would absolutely stay here again!! ***make sure sure that your navigation apps have you approaching Decker Valley Road from the 322 entrance, or you’ll be driving on some crazy narrow roads and ATV trails to get there!!"

"We checked in for our second stay and it all felt so familiar, like coming home, only better, especially in the mornings. I love sitting on that big porch, coffee in hand, watching the world wake up. "Truly a hidden gem !Very Clean, quiet! Fully furnished, was quite surprising! Family enjoyed the quick little stay! Bakery at bottom of hill was a treasure to find! FYI don’t drive a luxury or antique car to this location, it’s off the beaten path but TOTALLY worth it!"
