"Great place to stay in the little paradise known as Port St. Joe. House was clean and well maintained. Everything we needed for a weekend getaway. Hosts Richard and Ginger communicated very well, listed all the restaurants and all the other things you need to know about the town. Big plus you can bring your fur baby, as seniors that is extremely important. The duplex is located by the Port City Trail, great place to walk or ride your bike."

"We loved our stay! We loved how close we were to the beach. We can’t go on enough about how amazing it is that it is not crowded in the area! The condo We had a mishap with the washer/dryer while we were there and the host went above and beyond to make sure it went as smoothly as possible. "

Even though we had problems with the wifi, we were able to contact Vacasa and they helped us repair it. Everyone was very nice and helpful. We look forward to staying here again soon."

"Had all necessities plus some. Management was easy to contact and fast response time. House was clean upon arrival, well stocked and comfortably decorated. Listing does not mention house under construction in lot directly beside house. Therefore ocean view was obstructed and did not have any view of sunset from house or deck. Also construction noise. Listing could use updated photos of these changes. Did find elevator to be inconveient to travel between floors. Either had to use elevator or...

"It is a very nice rental, plenty of place to sit inside and out. The open kitchen/living area makes it fell a lot larger and like it isn’t cramped. A few spots the floor boards are coming up(in kitchen) and the bathtub on the second floor leaked. It is a quiet beach with not a lot to do, if you are looking for a calm place to stay this is it. It has a short walk to the beach and nice pool area. We did see cockroaches but they were only outside, which is completely normal for any beach...
