The added convenience of a lock-off mother-in-law suite grants a touch of privacy, perfect for extended families or couples seeking their own space. What truly sets this residence apart, however, are its dual kitchens, providing a seamless blend of functionality and culinary creativity. The community itself offers a slice of paradise, with not one, but two heated pools, inviting residents and visitors to unwind beneath the balmy Florida sun. As evening descends, a breathtaking sunset vista graces the poolside in North Windmark, painting the sky with hues of gold and rose. Every inch of the Boardwalk Bungalow exudes a sense of warmth and immaculate care, ensuring each guest experiences a cozy and pristine stay in this coastal haven. The boardwalk is near the house, however you do still have a 3-5 min walk from the boardwalk to the beach.

The pool down from this house is complete but not heated and the community pool is 2 miles away, and you can take your rented golf cart to it on the path near the beach! Rental Agreement Required to Book and receive check-in instructions to view before booking please request a copy.

Spring Break with Family
This is a wonderful property. Literally everything is brand new, and Kam was so responsive and helpful. The unit is also larger than expected! Short walk to the beach, and the private road/path was incredible for biking and hiking. We really enjoyed Port St Joe, with great restaurants and friendly people. Would 100% stay here again.
