"It is a very nice rental, plenty of place to sit inside and out. The open kitchen/living area makes it fell a lot larger and like it isn’t cramped. A few spots the floor boards are coming up(in kitchen) and the bathtub on the second floor leaked. It is a quiet beach with not a lot to do, if you are looking for a calm place to stay this is it. It has a short walk to the beach and nice pool area. We did see cockroaches but they were only outside, which is completely normal for any beach...

"The house is Bigger than it appears in the on-line photos. The beautiful beach is just out the back door. It was very clean, the beds comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. There is a hose outside, but an outdoor shower and walkway from it to the steps would decrease the sand in the house. Loved the location, no crowds. We saw dolphins and even newly hatched sea turtles. "

"This house was just what we needed for a vacation with extended family. The house was located right on the beach (ocean only steps away). There was plenty of space and the kitchen was well stocked with cookware."

"Beautiful house, well stocked and decorated. Quite beach and so close to the house. We got in the first night and usually go out to dinner the first night on family vacation, however the house was so amazing we didn't want t leave and opted for takeout instead. "This is THE cleanest rental I have ever stayed in, and there is an unbelievable amount of attention paid to detail in this home. For instance, as someone who loves ice, the ice in the ice maker appeared to be a brand new batch - not frostbitten and of questionable date like I’ve seen in other homes’ freezers. "This was our second time staying at this location and we absolutely love it. Only down side was we were expecting the pool to be heated like the last time we stayed and was informed that the heater and spa part of the pool didn’t work so it wasn’t usable during our stay in October. "

House had horrible musty smell, carpets and rug was pretty bad (we made sure to always wear shoes and placed nothing on them), internet was ok as long as only one device on it. Overall, we chose to not spend time inside other than to sleep. When we did we’d end up with headaches. Might be because they sprayed for pests on the day of arrival which seemed odd.
