The place wasn't the best. The rooms were outdated and tacky, in need of some TLC. The staff were friendly and the food was very good so overall the stay was OK but I probably wouldn't come back as the room / decor and sleep was uncomfortable.

I’ll be brutally honest the staff are absolutely fantastic, but the property was extremely dated in rooms The walls need painting stains down the walls. Bathrooms are dated windowsills not clean. Beds need changing the whole place needs to refresh upstairs.

Communication was great as it took us a while to drive and we were worried we'd miss check in. Lad who checked us in was great! There is a slight smell as you head upstairs and continues into the room. Nothing offensive though. Clean bedding and towels and tea and coffee facilities. There were marks on the carpet and it was sticky in places. Bathroom was clean but mould starting to show on walls and ceiling. No shower gel left in dispenser but this was rectified when advised.

Myself and my husband, stayed at the twelve nights on thursday 6th june after a take that concert. I found my experience from start to finish was exceptional from the staff to the amazing breakfast cooked by rosie. Who deserves a special mention. Will definitely be back
