Hopefully front desk service will improve
"When we first arrived we were greeted very warmly and were advised the room was not ready, it was ok because we were early. We were told we would get a call when it was. We never received a call and went back after 4pm. We were greeted by a very disgruntled front desk person who said " sorry I didn't ..."
