" Hotel Kraft sits on the SW edge of Firenze north of the Arno in a very quaint neighborhood. The staff are verybwelcoming and polite and have helped several times making arrangements on our behalf. The rooms are spacious by European standards but the walls can be a little thin, so ask the staff to keep boisterous guests quiet. "Absolutely loved our stay here and would highly recommend to anyone looking for accom in Florence. Was a bit apprehensive as I thought it might be too far out from the centre of things but it’s extremely close and so easy to walk to and around. Supermarket nearby and a nice cafe right on the corner across the road. Friendly staff and the hotel was absolutely beautiful!"

"Overall, it was a great stay. The lobby was modern, spacious and nicely designed. The staff spoke English well. They were very polite and professional. The bed was stiff and comfortable. The room had very nice lighting. The location of the hotel is a bit out of the way, not a desirable view outside, but wonderful on the inside.
