Clean and comfortable for an inexpensive motel. If you dont like hearing ppl walk around above then I recommend a second floor room. Not a big deal as we were only there one night. We stayed two separate nights so that tells you we were happy with the quality since we came back :o) I dont give 5 stars easily, so 4 stars is really good.

The lady at reception was very warm and welcoming. Brought fresh strawberries out for breakfast. Continental breakfast was well presented. Be aware that there are trains in the area. Didn’t hear any during the night.

Staff appear to be family run owners, and the moment I went to check in I felt totally welcome, and was greeted with a staff member. Room was well appointed and spotless. Would not hesitate to return there or recommend even toy fussiest friends.
