"This is a favorite hotel in Nova Petropolis for my wife and I. Comfortable rooms, with large comfortable bed. Balconies are nice. Neighborhood is safe and great to walk downtown. Heated indoor pool for use in any season. And the restaurant is fantastic! Quality food with amaing taste! I love their risoto! ** Only negative is their internet. It is terrible. It constantly drops. I work remote and it is difficult to have meeetings online there."

"We’ve been staying at this hotel for many years … so much has changed and some of it not for the better: Guests now have to pay for parking. There’s not a bar of soap in the bathroom although we asked for one a few times & finally bought our own. Not about price but concept . Shower only had shampoo & conditioner in large containers … there was no liquid soap. When we complained they replaced conditioner with liquid soap! No Wash rags available . So a simple basic need available in any inferior...
