"I was charged twice at different amounts and got the invoice to offset the wrong one via email. When I checked out in the morning, the lady said she can't resolve on her own but I can call in the afternoon to follow up.
I sent a reminder via email asking when I can however, no one replied or refunded me after 2 working days.
The tap of the shower was broken. The cleaner forgot the cleaning cloth in the sink.
