Welcome to “La Résinière”, a recently renovated house nestled in the heart of the Landes forest in Magescq, Aquitaine. Ideal for family vacations, this non-smoking, pet-free property offers a peaceful setting with a shaded terrace and a private swimming pool (4x8m, depth 1.60m) open from June to September, weather permitting. You'll also find free Wi-Fi, a large flat-screen TV and parking.

“La Résinière” offers 4 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, washing machine, microwave, American fridge) and a comfortable living room with a large corner sofa. Upstairs are three air-conditioned bedrooms, including an attic with a study, and a bathroom with bath and WC. For your comfort, bed linen, towels and household linen are provided. Baby equipment (cot, high chair, bath and playpen) is also available.
Located 15 km from Dax train station, 30 km from Capbreton harbor, 55 km from Biarritz airport and 148 km from Bordeaux, the house is perfectly placed for exploring the region. Just 20 minutes from the Atlantic Ocean and 60 km from Spain, you can enjoy a wide range of water sports, surfing, cycling and local gastronomy.

Just 4 km from the center of Magescq, where you'll find all amenities, you can also discover Mr. Jean Coussau's table, dedicated to the culinary treasures of the South-West, and even visit a local brewery.
