We were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a better room upon arrival, which made our stay even more special. The room was clean, modern, and offered stunning views (best in town).
Breakfast was absolutely delicious, and the staff at the restaurant were very friendly and attentive. Everyone made us feel welcome and well taken care of.
The hotel also provides a convenient complimentary shuttle service to Sorrento center every hour, which made exploring the area easy and stress-free.
Highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable stay!

This is a really nice property with a few highs and lows. The rooms are well done, there are great dining options, the view is spectacular, and it is conveniently located to the pedestrian walkway and shops and restaurants; the lows are the pool, which is small and can only accommodate about 8 people; the hotel is also located right on one of the main streets through the town so sitting on your terrace is not a quiet experience, and the prices are kind of outrageous, cocktails in Eden Bar are 40e and the lobster special at the rooftop restaurant ran over 350e which is really crazy. Staff is very friendly, especially Toni who is the breakfast manager. He is very nice and accommodative but can be a bit much before you get a cup of coffee in you:) Overall it was a very good experience but might consider other options if I am looking for rest and relaxation.

The hotel itself was magnificent with the views and the staff. However it was difficult to have consistent transportation back to the property. The gym was very small.

However, the area around the hotel is a little rough and not fully developed. It was fine for a night but not much nearby as it seemed like a business ..."

Great hotel in a great town.
"A bit dated, but big comfortable rooms, a decent enough pool, great breakfast and staff, clean and easy to get to. It is a few blocks from the main centre of town. I would for sure recommend this hotel to everyone, it was fair priced and exactly what we needed."
