"Over all this hotel suited my needs....my mobility is hampered after suffering a stroke...so my room allocation was the 18th floor...be prepared to speak fluent languages but not english....when you check in....then be prepared too get a taxi too another hotel 10 minutes away...why they don't issue the key's at the tarik as they used too is a complete mystery...then there's the 9 digit code you have to tap into your door handle...take some one small with you...it'll help."

"Honestly when I read the reviews about this place after my husband booked, I was very sceptical. People said it was dirty, had cockroaches, no hot water. None of this was true. About the hot water, you must realize that water heaters in Europe are half the size of North American ones. We had plenty of hot water. The only thing we didn't like are the beds are a little hard but it was the same at the previous place we stayed. We made do. Also tile floors are always cold which I'm not fond of but...

"We had a wonderful 10 day stay at Sandra's apartment; it's a real home from home with everything you could possibly need. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, spacious lounge and the lovely wrap-around terrace made it ideal for alfresco dining or a glass of wine in the sun. The apartment is very private, it felt extremely safe and the location is great, close to both the village and the beach. "Overall we had a perfect stay at this property. It was very clean, well stocked, and we loved the ocean view where we could open our patio doors and enjoy the sea air. The location was excellent; walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, and the beach. Great communication with the host and had no issues. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone!"

"Myself and my Husband stayed for 5 days in the apartment ,my only wish was we should have booked for longer. The apartment is beautiful, big and spacious, home from home all the comforts you need. Fully fitted kitchen, fantastic shower, very comfortable bed and pillows and a fabulous balcony to enjoy. "We were two couples traveling together looking for a place with separate bedrooms and bathrooms. This fit the bill and included a million dollar view. It's an older place and comes with some issues that the owners promptly attended to. We drove to the Algarves and the apt included an underground parking spot! Grace and Alfredo were lovely and so helpful."
