Safe family neighborhood - one of Tigard's finest. Car dependent, although nearest (upscale) grocery is only1.5 hilly miles away. The street is wide and has sidewalks on both sides. People love to walk and a some fit ones jog it. The area is well served with lush trees. It is a nice neighborhood to enjoy the outdoors. It even sports it's own neighborhood trail.
All the furniture for this house, was purchased only 4 years ago.
If you don't want to travel far (1.5 miles) for bites, the Progress Ridge outdoor shopping center has nice cafes, outdoor eating, a movie theater, a lake and New Seasons Grocery, and more.
Great hiking within a short drive. Costco and the areas largest mall, under 5 miles. Behind this house is an area of trees and a very small stream down an embankment, that you can enjoy from the rear deck. I reside in a small ADU below with a separate entrance that doesn't overlap with the rental house. I reserve the garage for my use, but there is so much parking in front of the house, that it won't be a missed
From Nov. 1 - May 25th bookings are a 180 night minimum and best bookable with air*** because this listing is very messed up!
