Loved that it was clean and inviting! The staff was incredibly helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good although they ran out of hot items early. The only drawback is that we had arranged for adjoining rooms ahead of our stay and they were not available when we checked in. We were able to acquire rooms next to each other but not adjoining. Pberall, would absolutely stay again and suggest to any one else!

The hotel was in poor shape. The bottom of the pool looked as though it was flaking off and it was dirty. The elevator was old and sounded as if it would break down any minute. Upon reaching the floor we were staying on there was a mold smell. Our room was semi clean. There was tile debris left on the back of the toilet but i did not see any tile in our bathroom that was broken, it was strange. The bathroom toiletries were clearly "refilled" as the conditioner container actually was filled with shampoo and not conditioner. Staff were not in any type of uniform so you never knew who worked there or who didnt which made it feel uncomfortable as a single woman travelling with minor children. There also didnt appear to be any female staff at all only men which was very awkward. There were no towels at the pool. It was not a place i would recommend unless you are working with a tight budget and dont care about amenities at all or upkeep.

The property was exceptionally clean, and our room were very comfortable.The Christmas decorations added a lovely touch to the atmosphere. However, we did experience a few issues during our stay. Our main concern was with the front desk staff member on the late afternoon/evening shift, who was notably unfriendly. We had booked suites and specifically requested connecting rooms, but upon arrival, we were placed in side-by-side rooms instead. When we asked about the connecting rooms, we were told they were “not working.” After thinking more on it,we inquired about other non-suite options that connected, and we were eventually moved to those, which were perfect for our needs. However, the desk agent repeatedly insisted that our original request wasn’t what we had asked for. We felt we should have been given the choice upfront: either stay in the suites or move to connecting rooms. We would have understood if both requests couldn’t be accommodated, but we felt brushed off rather than given the explanation. Additionally, the TV in one of the rooms wasn’t working initially. When the same staff member came to fix it, he remarked that this was why the room wasn’t offered in the first place. However, he quickly resolved the issue by adjusting the connections behind the TV. He left abruptly, leaving the furniture pulled out, which we had to move back. Despite these challenges, the hotel itself was very clean and comfortable. However, we wouldn’t stay again because of him.

This place needs to be shut down..not sure who is managing ths place but they shouldn't be managing anywhere..place is a disgrace from start to finish ..wouldn't even recommend this place to people living on the streets
