Outstanding service from every employee in this building. Both shuttle drivers were amazing, all four ladies I encountered at the front desk were sweet and the breakfast staff was perfect. Fantastic breakfast free with stay including waffle maker and omelette bar w/ omelette chef. Very happy with this stay.

I was very disappointed with this stay. They were having a water issues. It took like 10 minutes just to get a little hot water. The refrigerator wasn’t working, all of our food was spoiled by the time we realized that it wasn’t working. The whole place smelled. They charged us extra for parking so an additional $40 just for parking. It said nothing about the parking when I booked this online.

Place had a water pipe burst and the alarm woke us up. We wound up booking another hotel since we needed water in the morning and a good night sleep since we had a very early flight. We have had pleasant stays before though.
