This ground-floor getaway, part of a tri-level home that backs up to a lush green space, offers abundant fun and relaxation for your next family vacation in West Linn! Stick close to home to soak your cares away in the outdoor hot tub, practice on the putting green with chipping area, kick back and watch a movie, or venture out a few miles to discover a number of local attractions including the Camassia Nature Preserve, the 128-acre Mary S. Young Park located alongside the Willamette, and the many restaurants, shops, and museums found in downtown Portland and Oregon City.

Enter the lower level of this home via its own private entrance to find a well-equipped, tropical-themed bar and kitchenette with a minifridge, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster - just what you need to whip up quick snacks or reheat those leftovers. In warm weather, head outside where you can fire up the gas grill and enjoy an alfresco experience on one of three shared, furnished decks. Here, you'll also find a hot tub ideal for soothing those trail-weary muscles after exciting days of hiking the local trails or paddling on the river. Back indoors, switch on the gas fireplace, play darts or shoot some pool, and then relax on the leather sofa and stream your favorite shows and movies on the 100" TV with an audiophile-quality sound system featuring Triad THX speakers!

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
