We stayed there for a cheer competition and it was nice that the hotel was right across the street. The staff was very friendly and the rooms were nice and the beds were comfortable. Our view was a bit trashy due to Portlands finest homeless population but I still felt safe and able to walk around the area to get food.

I always enjoy my stay here. The rooms are nice and clean I especially enjoy the fur throws. And the walk in showers.. and the aesthetic and theme of the place is always a vibe..

I fell in the front lobby due to lazy emplyees and they didn't even ask how I was doing. they told my boyfriend that they reviewed a tape and i tripped forward because i caught my heel. that defies the laws of physics. don't come here .

This hotel isn't within walking distance of the concert venue that we went to at the Moda center. Very nice room! There's also a restaurant on the top floor. Valet parking only. Staff was really friendly. They upgraded us for free to a nicer room because they had overbooked the double queen rooms. We will definitely stay here again!

Excellent spot to stay at for when attending events at the Moda center. 9 minute walk mostly downhill and flat. Must make reservations ahead of time for dinner on the rooftop.

I was beyond suprised how wonderful this hotel was, especially for the price. It was top notch. I didn't know about the required valet parking, but it was still amazing. It was very clean down the hallways and the room was great. Only thing was the room was very small. They have all the extra goodies in the room which can be expensive if you're not paying attention, or have hungry teens or had too many drinks. There could have been at least 4 towels and were only 3, but it wasn't a problem. The staff.... the staff were the nicest I've ever seen. They were all so helpful and courteous. We arrived really early so I asked if there was a room ready if we could check in and she was very helpful and said yes right away. When I brought the cart back, they pretty much met me at the elevator and got it from me. I walked out of my room to get ice and the maid was vacuuming, she stopped until I got to the elevator and on my way back down. I even asked if she has to do that and she smiled and replied yes. I said it was very nice (even tho I felt unnecessary, I did feel it was nice). The whole vibe made me feel like I was at a super high end hotel in Vegas or something. And even so, those aren't nearly as clean. I will definately stay again!! THANK YOU
