I got an email the day before my check in, that the property will not be ready and an alternative accommodation, which I was not interested in. I asked for a refund so i could make a new reservation. They responded that they will try to fix the problem and let me know by the day of the reservation, which made me uncomfortable. And the day of the reservation I was advised that the problem was fixed, however the apartment was not available to check in until after 5pm, as the cleaners were there. And after getting there one of the toilet wasn’t working and one of the AC unit wasn’t working. And during the stay the other AC unit was not working properly either. And on my last day, I was reminded that checkout time was 11am, even though checking in was 3 hours late.
