"Selected this hotel as we wanted to stay in Donegal for the night. The hotel was centrally located. Parking was a short walk. Rooms look like they’d been somewhat recently renovated although maybe a little TLC would have improved things. Mattresses weren’t the greatest, no pictures on the walls which may seem like an odd thing to point out but it made the room a bit sterile. Room was pretty basic but served its purpose. Staff were very nice. "

The Hidden Cottage, Ardara, Donegal.
10.0 out of 10, Exceptional, 1 review
"We arrived after spending a week in Belfast - brilliant place butpacked and full of the bustle of the city. Donegal was the polar opposite. The house is in the most beautiful spot imaginable- you couldn’t tire of that view in a hundred lifetimes and I even saw the sun come up a couple of mornings. Loads to do in the area but equally perfect for sitting back and soaking up the absolute, hear a pin drop quiet. Idyllic. House was beautifully and stylishly equipped and extremely comfortable....
