Convenient location
Hotel is functional for an overnight stay before flying on. ie near transport so I could go from bus terminal to the airport easily. The reception staff were very helpful and helped me get a sushi take-away as it is not feel to go out walking around the area at night and I was too tired to go further afield by taxi. The shower was not good with water temperature fluctuating. Breakfast service was poor as there was not a table cleared and then no cutlery either and I had to ask a number of times to get a place.

Boa Noite, gostei da estadia, uma unica coisa que me deixou triste, pedi para alguem do hotel me ajudar a descer com as minhas coisas, disseram que nao tinha como ajudar, tive que descer, subir três vezes, na última viram que era muiita coisa, ai me disseram: porque nao pediu pra nós lhe ajudar? eu disse: eu pedi 3 vezes e voces falaram que nao tinha como ajudar. Outra coisa: ser maleável na hora de sair, pois nao tinha onde eu ficar, pedi pra deixar eu ficar ate 13h30 pois nao tinha onde deixar minhas coisas, com muito custo deixaram ser estendido por meros 30 minutos, tive que descer sozinha as coisas e correr atrás de alguem que pudesse me ajudar. Mais tirando isso. No demais então com nota 10.

Ótimo atendimento.
Fui a um compromisso de hora marcada, cheguei antes do check-in e pedi a gentileza a recepcionista para antecipar pq precisava revisar alguns documentos, descansar um pouco, etc. Ela foi super educada, acelerou o preparo do quarto que estava em limpeza e liberou minha entrada no quarto, antes do prazo normal. Esqueci de perguntar o nome dela, mas fica aqui meu agradecimento. E também ao recepcionista da parte da tarde, todos prestativos, amigáveis, competentes.
