"L'abitazione è in posizione tranquilla, dotata di aria condizionata in tutti i piani, ventilatori, ben accessoriata per quanto riguarda elettrodomestici e accessori da cucina ma soprattutto di un'ampio spazio esterno attrezzato che la valorizza esponenzialmente.
