This is a great Pousada in trancoso, it’s set in beautiful gardens and it’s very quiet and relaxing. the staff were very friendly and welcoming and made sure we had a great stay

I booked and paid for a superior double room and they changed me to the smallest room they had without letting me know. When I got there (after 24 hours travelling), it was extremely small, you could not move inside the bathroom, the water was cold and the room was dirty. I complained and they said that they changed me because the people that had booked that room did not fit there and since I was staying alone I would not need a bigger room. It was extremely frustrating and disrespectful. I had already paid for the bigger nicer room! Also, there's no wifi in most of their rooms.

Ficamos hospedados em um dos chalés. Foram vários problemas. Nos três primeiros dias as luzes da área comum não eram acesas, sendo necessário andar com a lanterna do celular ligada. No segundo dia a energia elétrica começou a oscilar e foi necessário tomar banho frio para ir jantar, pegamos um resfriado. No dia seguinte, após aguardar o pessoal da limpeza liberar o chalé, percebemos que estava sem água. Acho que não seria pedir muito que esse pessoal chamasse a manutenção. Tivemos de ir jantar sem tomar banho, o que é muito desagradável para quem volta da praia. A limpeza é adequada mas demorada. Passávamos o dia fora e somente em um dos dias a limpeza do quarto já havia sido feita. Percebemos que alguns objetos pessoais foram mexidos e outro danificado (um frasco spray). Colocamos uma câmera que possibilitou flagrar a entrada de pessoal da pousada no quarto sem aparente razão (que não era da limpeza e percebeu a presença da câmera). Pessoal de serviço da pousada é ríspido e não informa com clareza a causa do problema e o andamento da solução. Apenas que "já foi solucionado/resolvido". Recai sobre uma atenciosa funcionária da recepção a tarefa de tentar remediar a situação. A roupa de cama é confortável mas a toalha de banho não. A pousada oferece toalha de piscina. A piscina é limpa mas não é aquecida. O wifi não pega nos quartos. O café da manhã é simples pelo valor cobrado. No geral não foi uma boa experiência. Pelo valor da diária há opções melhores em Trancoso.

Ótima opção em Trancoso. Localização e custo benefício excelentes, instalações agradáveis. Estacionamento amplo e local muito bonito. Foi a segunda vez que ficamos e recomendamos! Como sugestão de melhoria, cito o café da manhã (apesar de opções feitas na hora como ovo, omelete, tapioca, sentimos falta de mais opções saudáveis) e os travesseiros (não eram confortáveis como o colchão), mas nada que atrapalhe a experiência!
