Gostei muito do atendimento principalmente da dona Márcia uma ótima pessoa faz de tudo para vc se sentir confortável. Ponto negativo pelo menos para minha e minha família não teve,recomendo com certeza a Pousa.

Pousada confortável

O quarto é bastante confortável e limpo (roupa de cama de primeira!); funcionários atenciosos; café da manhã delicioso. Não tem restaurante mas oferece bebidas geladas, e o funcionário disponibilizou mesas para o lanche que pedimos por telefone. No centro de Eunápolis tem pizzarias e outras opções mas tem que ir de carro ou pedir delivery. Sugestões de melhoria: melhor limpeza da piscina (se estivesse adequada teríamos desfrutado); colocar ganchos no banheiro.

Estrutura física e instalações novas. Ar condicionado, tv e chuveiro funcionando perfeitamente porém o atendimento deixou a desejar pois ao chegarmos além de haver uma demora na localização da reserva, houve a descortesia da funcionária / proprietária em informar que nem em baixa estação trabalhava com o valor comprado pelo site de viagens, ainda que a reserva tivesse sido realizada há mais de 3 meses de antecedência. Lamentável receber este atendimento. Ainda bem que só estávamos de passagem na cidade. Atendimento faz a diferença, Fica a dica!
