Hotel pé na areia na melhor praia de Porto Seguro-Taperapuã. Piscinas muito boas, restaurantes e barracas ao lado. A comida do restaurante é deliciosa e preço justo.Os quartos são grandes, cama boa. A iluminação do quarto e banheiro é muito fraca e poderia ter de espelho de corpo. Isso me deixava irritada. Poderia ter animação pra jintegrar os hospedes.

Muito boa opção para uma suíte master
Minha estadia foi muito boa. No entanto tenho que relatar que fiquei em uma suíte master, com dois ambientes. No quarto de casal tem varanda, de frente para o mar, que é totalmente diferente de um apartamento standart. Nessa suíte além de uma cama de casal king size, tem duas mesas de cabeceiras com abajurs, banheiro com hidromassagem, armário, uma poltrona de dois lugares e dois sofás individuais. A decoração interna é feita com móveis de época. No outro espaço, logo na entrada, é composto por três camas de solteiros, um sofá de três lugares, um frigobar, uma estante enorme e uma pequena mesa. Esse espaço tem um banheiro com chuveiro e um lavabo externo. O espaço conta também com uma pequena varanda de frente para o mar. A limpeza do quarto não foi realizada todos os dias, mas quando foi feita foram trocadas as toalhas e roupas de cama. O café da manhã é repetitivo, fazendo com que pessoas com longas estadias acabem enjoando um pouco dos produtos oferecidos, mas são saborosos. Os colaboradores do hotel são gentis e solícitos. Como o espaço externo tem um pântano e tem muita área verde, dá muito pernilongo. Sugiro o uso de repelente para futuros frequentadores do hotel, visto que a Bahia, de uma maneira geral, está com números crescentes de casos de dengue. Então, como não há condições de identificar a espécie dos pernilongos, é melhor prevenir. Por isso considerei a minha permanência como muito boa, principalmente motivada pela qualidade do quarto e da piscina.

Nunca mais volto a me hospedar, baratas no banheiro, ar condicionado sem manutenção, filas no café da manhã, faltava louças todos os dias, e para fechar recebemos um notificação por baixo da porta na noite antes de finalizar a reserva, falando que precisava deixar o hotel as 12h, nunca vi isso na vida. Fui comemorar meu aniversário eles deveriam ter enviado bilhete de parabéns e não um lembrete.

Not recommended. It is below average for other 3-star hotels in Brazil. Breakfast was quite disappointing and we asked to change rooms and newer area have better rooms. We booked an oceanview (OV) room and accepted to change to a garden view one after some cleaning issues. But no compensation was offered. The OV rooms are not worth the extra. The additional charge for using a safe box already installed in the room was another disappointment.

A estadia no Transoceânico foi ótima. Só uma recomendação: Falta de variedades no café da manhã (acho que a expansão do hotel e não expansão da área de refeição) afeta um pouco, que em alguns horários fica muito cheio e com filas para quase tudo.

O pessoal da recepção muito educados em todos os turnos. Pessoal do café da manhã também muito educados. O quarto não estava limpo, e a sujeita permaneceu durante todos os dias da minha hospedagem. O quarto tinha 3 camas de solteiro e uma cama de casal, uma pior do que a outra!! Péssimas!! Senti falta de cobertinha para dormir, o chuveiro era muito bom. Para quem tem filhos é uma ótima opção pelo lazer ser completo.

Decepcionado. Ja havia me hospedado em outras oportunidades e gostei, entretanto, dessa vez deixou MUITO a desejar no cafe da manhã e com limpeza da piscina infantil. Poucas opções no café e algumas com sabor ñ agradável, reclamação q ouvi de outros hóspedes também.

Um hotel com excelente localização e ótima infraestrutura. Porém com sérios problemas administrativos. Limpeza dos quartos deixa muito a desejar. Não tem shampoo nem condicionador ( um absurdo).Não tem copos no lavabo nem no banheiro. As toalhas de praia são horríveis. O café da manhã é extremamente sofrível. Frutas muito mal cortadas. Pães "socados". Manteiga agrupada. Suco fraquíssimo. Muito ruim para um hotel com categoria 4 estrelas. Lamentável.
