Relax away from the crowds at this peaceful, cosy place to stay. Centrally located but in a quiet residential area close to beautiful parks, local shops and cafes and a short walk to the Sea Shore at Langstone Harbour. Easily accessible to all the amenities of Portsmouth and Southsea.

Ideal for both leisure and business travellers this beautiful house comes fully equipped with a full kitchen, dining area, living area with smart TV sofa and armchairs, two well appointed bedrooms and a modern bathroom. All a short walk from the beautiful Baffins pond and amenities of Tangiers Road.

The property is a two bedroom mews house accessed via your own private entrance from the street.

On the ground floor there is an entrance area, generous open plan kitchen-living-dining space with a bay window, stairs to the first floor with a landing, full modern bathroom, bedroom 1 with a double bed, desk and hanging space, bedroom 2 with a small double bed and wardrobe.

Guests will have access to the entire property throughout their stay.

The property operates a self check in, using a key safe located near the front door. Full access details and directions will be provided. We are available via email or phone for urgent queries.

The property is located in the heart of the Baffins neighbourhood, a peaceful area close to the centre of town with cafes, shops, pubs and beautiful parks. Easily accessible via bus, taxi, car or walking to various areas of the city. Located, close to bus stops and a 20 minute walk from Fratton train station providing direct trains to Portsmouth Harbour, London Waterloo and many other regional destinations. Free on street parking is available locally, the property is also a short drive from all of the local attractions of Southsea, the Historic dockyard, Gunwharf Quays and Old Portsmouth.

We have a great relationship with our neighbours and out of respect we ask that noise is kept to normal levels at all times. We do not allow parties, events or unauthorised guests into the property and reserve the right to terminate any stay if excessive noise levels are reported.

Perfect for our New Year stay
We had a 3 night family stay with our dog for New Year and this property was perfect for us. Quiet residential area. Dog exercise at the park just a few minutes walk away. Bus stop very close by if you don't have/don't want to use the car; personally we enjoyed the walk to Gunwharf Quay. A short drive to Southsea Prom and everything it has to offer. Beds were comfy and the living/cooking/eating area provided all we needed for a few days. Option to have a bath or shower is a great addition. Just for info, car parking options may need a drive around to find as the on-street parking in the area was busy - but that may have been because we were there over a Bank Holiday weekend. We always found a space a short walk away for our large estate car. We would definitely return. Thanks Benjamin for having us stay and your very prompt responses to all queries.
