"Perfect location for exploring the beautiful Sanssouci Park and palace, the Dutch quarter, and the pedestrian shopping/dining around Brandenburger Tor. The city bus tour and public transport are steps away. Be aware that this property has both a hotel and a "bed and breakfast" studio apartment option, I wish I had known. The studio building is a bit bleak, hotel is more charming. "

"The property is far away from Berlin. I would not stay there again. The room was listed with air-conditioning, but the lady charged us additional 7 euro for it. It is not about the money, but should be listed as the option and have a price. Otherwise it is a hidden fee."

"I made the reservation, sent a text via VRBO to the owner to let him know that I was making the reservation for my son and his 4 friends, paid for the apartment, and got confirmation. But, on the day of check-in, we were never able to make contact with the owner despite multiple calls and texts. "Wir waren als Familie für zwei Nächte in der Ferienwohnung. Wir sind erst abends spät angekommen und haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt. Es war sehr sauber, gelüftet und die Betten frisch bezogen.. ein Traum wenn man mit übermüdeten Kindern anreist. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich eingerichtet und mit allem notwendigen ausgestattet.
