They have a public parking garage next to the hotel for easy parking and parking on the street. Hotel is generally quiet and safe. "Very clean apartment. Kitchen had everything, stove, fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, utensils. There was even a washing machine in the apartment. Location was very convenient, only a 5 minute walk to the metro station. Local transit is reliable and connected to all relevant tourist spots. There is also a grocery store right outside this metro station. Overall very pleased. Would definitely recommend. "

The i ternet was spotty at times.. on sunday a cleanimg person let themselves into my room did not knock just walked in while i was there later i saw an email saying someone would be there. "What a great find. We were only at the flat for one night as we were attending a concert at the hall up the street, but we would definitely return and likely stay every time we make it in to Vienna. Perfect space for 2 or 3 people, beautiful balcony for sitting and in a nice area outside of the busy tourist center. Carina was available all the time with my many question and was super helpful and polite. Couldn't recommend it more. "

"Everything was good except that elevator is not going to drop you off at the floor in which you would like to get down. If you have big suitcases it's going to be challenge. The entire apartment complex is not physically challenged friendly. Rooms are tiny but they are very clean. Appliances are new and they are well maintained. They give free water which is really tasty. Everything is automated that sometimes you feel you need to talk to someone. It's possible but not that accessible. "

"The apartment was both modern and spacious, with a cooker and fridge. The shower room was huge, and the bed too. The apartment is just a short walk from Vienna Hetzendorf train station. The only thing missing from the apartment really was a kettle for us Brits to make a cuppa. There was a coffee maker. 😁"
