The house is very generously stocked with essentials and grocery items, it really does feel a home from home. The view from the garden and sauna is wonderful - we went in the sauna almost every day, it was so peaceful! And the location was perfect for us to enjoy the outdoors and local wine - beautiful area, perfect for cycles, hikes and visiting...

"Schöne Fewo mit kleinem Garten und Pool neben einer hübschen kleinen Kirche, direkt an der Donau. In 5-10 min zu Fuß kommt man zu einem großen Spielplatz, in ca 15 min zu Fuß an einen Badesee mit Imbiss. Hervorragend gegessen mit sehr kinderfreundlichen Wirtsleuten haben wir im Nachbarort beim „Gasthof Böhm“."

"Lovely apartment and lovely hosts. Very spacious, quiet, clean, and tastefully decorated. Spectacular view of Krems. Probably best for travelers to consider using electric bike/automobile during the stay, as public transport is not that close and the apartment is in a residential neighborhood up on a hill. Overall, a great place to stay while exploring the Wachau."

"Alles war bestens! Wir waren in der größeren Wohnung, aber beide sind perfekt für je 2 Personen (plus 1-2 Kinder). Sie können auch verbunden werden für Großfamilien und 2 Paaren. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, aber man ist sehr nah an der Donau, aber kann auch vom Haus aus Wanderungen unternehmen. Krems, Melk und Spitz sind mit Auto oder Fahrrad leicht zu erreichen. Heizung funktioniert prima, wie auch alles in der Wohnung. Betten waren sehr bequem (nicht zu weich) und die Küche vollausgestattet. Ein...

"Tollen Urlaub in phantastischer Umgebung erlebt. Das Apartment war liebvolle eingerichtet und es wir konnten auf dem Balkon beim Frühstück die wunderschöne Aussicht genießen. "Hotel is on beautiful grounds. Room was lovely and clean. It was very nice to have a nice outdoor balcony. Durnstein and the Wachau Valley is absolutely stunning. We rented bikes from the hotel for our three days while at the hotel....it was fantastic exploring the area, the bike paths are great! Only complaint is that the rooms do not have air conditioning and the weather was very hot....had to keep the sliding door open and because there was no screen it waa hard to keep flies out. "

"An exceptionally nice hotel. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. An attractive back terrace was a very pleasant spot for a carry in meal. The breakfast buffet offered unusual variety, very fresh and well prepared and presented. Many healthy choices including freshly prepared vegetable juices. "
