This hotel is conveniently located around everything in New Paltz. The staff is always very friendly and accommodating. They provide a nice selection of snacks for purchase and great complimentary beverages, cookies and breakfast.

The property was as good as anywhere else, a 3 star rating. However I was in the area for a funeral. I booked 4 rooms each for under $200. Sadly, a second relative passed and we readied for the 3 hour drive. The room rate now and everywhere else in the area went for $450 and up!!!! I understand supply side economics but this price gouging will affect where I stay in the future and the Hampton Inn by Hilton wont be one of them. Whats with the Hudson Valley being so expensive???

Was very average. Im loyal to Hampton Inns but this was just so-so. Hotel beds are always soft but these beds were in bad shape. There was an actual large dip in the middle. Ok for one night.
