The hotel is a new, good service, parking and location. Breakfast was included and fair for the price. The TV could have more options. I will return on my next trips to Pouso Alegre.

Dificuldade com o estacionamento. Além de ter menos vagas que o número de quartos, obrigando os hóspedes a estacionar fora da área do hotel e próximo a rodovia; existem hóspedes que não respeitam as vagas demarcadas e ocupam duas vagas. Nos dias de maior movimento, no período noturno, o hotel deveria ter um funcionário fiscalizando o estacionamento e orientando os hóspedes a estacionarem corretamente.

Um pesadelo!
O check in foi terrível!!!! Tiveram a coragem de me deixar 8horas (oito horas!!!) esperando na recepção, sem me oferecerem um copo d'água. Eu fiz a reserva, viajei 14 horas, em dois ônibus, para um concurso público na cidade. Cheguei às 5h, e mesmo as camareiras chegando às 9h, eles só liberaram a minha entrada no quarto às 13h. Eu estava exausta, com dores e tonteira, cochilando no sofá da recepção. Muita falta de empatia! Quando questionei, a resposta foi que as camareiras passam primeiro em todos os quartos recolhendo as roupas de cama e toalhas, depois passam limpando e não havia como interferir nessa logística. Muita falta de traquejo, sensibilidade e inteligência. Não volto e não indico.

Quando chegamos no hotel no horário do chekin já tivemos que esperar para terminarem a ‘ Limpeza’, a sujeira visível em todo lugar, tapetes e sofás encardidos. Chegando no quarto o banheiro estava inacreditavelmente sujo.

a parte de fora do hotel, recepção e piscina são muito bonitos e organizados. o Quarto ok, porém o banheiro estava sujo com manchas pretas de mofo no box. Precisa de uma boa limpeza com cloro e talvez uma pequena reforma nos rejuntes.
