"Angel of the Sea has all the charm you could hope for. It’s a beautiful, well maintained mansion. Everyone on the staff goes out of their way to make you feel welcome. Excellent breakfast every morning. We were half a block from the beach, a very easy walk. Afternoon tea and cakes were great. Convenient parking right behind the mansion, Complimentary beach chairs, umbrellas and towels available for beach use. Bicycles available for sightseeing excursions. They thought of everything. Did I mention the staff? They were great! We felt so welcomed and appreciated. We were very impressed."
"Very comfortable stay overall and great amenities. We loved that the beach passes included lounge chairs and an umbrella. We also enjoyed sitting at the rockers at the front of the building to overlook the ocean, watch the sunset and feel the nice breeze. King room was updated and spacious. Only minor complaints - outlets not available on both nightstands for charging, no great options for hanging bath towels within the room, and reading lights didn’t work. Also, initially confusing to locate our room."
"A little walk to Washington Street, but the shuttle was such a great help. Not only is it across the street from the beach, but they have complimentary chair and and umbrella service! I have nothing bad to say about this hotel, it was truly a great experience and I would definitely return. "
"The staff at this hotel particularly Sammy at the pool is amazing. He watches over the pool area as if it were his own cherished home- keeping it clean, rushing to exchange towels, etc.
The rooms in the hotel are not fancy but very clean . We had a suite with a balcony and the balcony was big enough to sit outside. "

"My mom and I absolutely loved our stay! Beautiful property, room was clean and perfect for the two of us, walkable to shops and restaurants - no complaints!! "
"This place was fantastic. When I booked the reservation I told them we were celebrating our 31st wedding anniversary and there was a cold bottle of champagne waiting in the room. The king suite was gorgeous. Excellent location and beautiful beach. "
