RESORT AMENITIES:
You will have complete access to private 18-hole golf course, spa services, indoor and outdoor pools, fitness center, yoga studio, locker rooms with showers and steam saunas, open-air Peloton studio, outdoor tennis courts, pickleball, half-basketball court, horseback tours, stocked fishing ponds, kids center, and daily kids' activities (some require advanced reservations and additional fees).
Please note that the availability of specific amenities may change at the discretion of the resort without prior notice.
𝗡𝗢𝗧𝗘: When you make a booking, we'll ask you to fill out the Brasada Ranch Short-Term Rental registration form online.
*The resort has a $100 additional charge for any last-minute reservations (those booked within 48 hours of the check-in date)
*Changes made to the resort forms once submitted will have an additional fee of $100.
*The resort fee is collected separately, and we will send a request for it once we have the calculation of the total resort fees, with an 8% charge.

• Golf: You'll need to pay extra for greens fees. Please book your tee times at least one week in advance.

• 𝐁𝐥𝐚𝐜𝐤𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐃𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐬: If you're booking July 4-6 or August 30-31, please note that guests will not have access to the Athletic Center, and no resort fees will be charged for these dates.
