Quiet 1 bedroom cabin located on the South Fork of the Coquille River

Covid19 info: All surfaces cleaned with disinfectant and all soft surfaces sprayed with Lysol spray. We have left Lysol/bleach wipes/hand sanitizer for renters . We fully remodeled this 1 bedroom 1 bath cabin located just feet from the Southfork of the Coquille River located in Powers, Oregon. The only thing original is the curtains in the kitchen and the 60s pull down lamp over the table! Enjoy the peaceful sound of the river while hiking, biking, hunting and fishing in beautiful Southwestern Oregon. Rental comes with microwave, refrigerator, and furnished kitchen. There is no range but does have a gas BBQ and hot plate for cooking. One bedroom with double bed and two twin beds in front room. Has sleeping bench to accommodate one extra person.

Relaxing river cabin
The house is comfortable and Queen. We saw deer every day that we were there. We also had an enjoyable walk by the river which is Located just outside the front door. Very peaceful and relaxing.

Such beautiful scenery! It was the most relaxing stay! The care takers were amazing and so very friendly. The dogs, Alice and Hank, we’re so very sweet. We had a family reunion bbq at the cabin and it was all around an amazing time! Can’t wait to go back!

Great location near Powers County Park
We stayed here while attending a wedding in Powers Oregon. The location is peaceful and private, and has great access to the Coquille River. Everything we needed was available at the cabin. There is no oven or stove, which was mentioned in the listing. We would stay here again!

Isolated and Beautiful
Small cottage off the road, down long private drive with steps to the river. I was looking for absolute solitude surrounded by beauty and it was exactly what I received. At dusk there was a group of deer feeding in the field. I saw woodpeckers and so many other bird species. I took day trips for hiking and returned to a peaceful retreat.

Wonderful place
Beautiful setting on the South Fork of the Coquille River. Lovely cabin where all your needs are met. Hosts are nearby and quick to respond. Check in is a breeze and everything is as advertised. Wonderful for inside and outside activities - plenty of parking too. Forget something or want to grab a bite or beverages - dinner and groceries are just moments away.

Nice little place with a view of the river
It was a great place to stay to have a bedroom during a family reunion campout at the Powers Campground. Husband can no longer stay in tent, so this worked great. Clean, quiet, deer sightings. Only wish it had an oven, as my specialty is desserts.

Quiet and Soothing but Lots to Explore
I wanted a rural place by a stream to get the city out of my mind. This was perfect. The cabin is rustic enough to not worry about small incidents but it has all the comforts of home. Keri is the perfect hostess, available but not invasive. My four day stay was exactly what I wanted.

Total Relaxation
This spot was just amazing. So peaceful and the perfect place to unwind and get away from the city life. The river was wonderful to listen to and also splash around in. The property owner was attentive and if we needed anything she brought it right over. We also loved meeting their dog Alice. Highly recommend. We will definitely be back! Thank you Keri!!!

Hidden Gem
Quiet cabin nestled between foothills and the river. Secluded and quiet with cows and horses in pasture adjacent to cabin. We were welcomed by Keri and Alice (resident pup) and later met Hank (labradoodle). The cabin was very clean and had most "essentials" and then some. There's no TV service (which I was thankful for) and cell service was spotty for me, again, welcomed. A short drive or walk to small community where you'll find a well-stocked market, a tavern, great little restaurant and very friendly locals. The waterfall is visible from dining room table and is amazing to hear by just opening a window. If peaceful solitude is what you are looking for, look no more!
